A status is earned by the system, not by the interface. MAINNET DEPLOYED requires deployed and verified contracts in the deployment manifest; LIVE additionally requires the feature to work end to end in production.

Five stages, truthful status.
A user interface alone never completes a milestone. Statuses come from configuration and the verified deployment manifest, so the roadmap cannot claim more than the system does.

MAINNET LAUNCH STRATEGY
Six phases, one production target.
Testnet is optional staging, never a destination. Before mainnet: contract testing, independent security review appropriate to the risk, deployment verification, production monitoring, incident response, and legal and privacy review.
